Trade Show Bags

Catalogue and brochure bags distributed at trade shows, congresses and seminars. We set the size according to your materials, and the fabric and print according to your purpose.

Promotional bag models

At a trade show, the bag in a visitor's hand becomes the carrier of the catalogues, brochures and samples collected through the day. The logo on it leaves the hall with the visitor and goes as far as the hotel, the office and home. In our workshop in Konya Karatay we have made trade show bags as our own manufacture, without intermediaries, since 2013.

The models on this page include nonwoven bags and also cotton tote bags. Below we have collected the most frequently asked points on fabric, size, print and the order process. You can send a model you like, or your own idea, through the Get a Quote form, by phone or on WhatsApp; we will settle size and print together and submit the design for your approval. If your trade show needs a special size or print layout, we also do custom production.

What Is a Trade Show Bag Given to Visitors For?

The first job of a trade show bag is carrying. As a visitor walks from stand to stand, they collect catalogues, brochures, flyers and small sample products; with a bag ready in hand, they gather everything in one place. Organisers hand out the bag as a welcome item at the registration desk, while companies with stands add it alongside the printed material they give.

Its second job is reminding. A bag that keeps being used after the trade show ends keeps your logo visible beyond the day of the event. That is why it makes sense to choose the bag not as a product that will last only for the duration of the show, but as one that can be carried afterwards too.

Nonwoven or Cotton: Which Fabric to Choose?

The most common choice in trade show distribution is the nonwoven bag. Made stitched from nonwoven fabric, these models carry the print easily thanks to their wide, flat surface; a significant part of the models in the category are of this type.

If you want the bag to be used in everyday life after the trade show too, raw cotton may be the better choice. Because it can be washed and reused, it also gives a gift feel. We make the decision together according to your quantity, the way it is distributed and the number of print colours.

Determining Size According to Catalogue and Brochure

In a trade show bag, it is not the look of the bag but the material that will go in it that determines the size. Take as the base the largest catalogue, file or sample box you distribute at your stand; we set the bag's height, width and mouth width accordingly.

Handle length depends on how it is used too: a short handle is more comfortable for a bag carried by hand, a long handle for a bag hung on the shoulder. If you have a catalogue sample, it is best to decide the size on the sample.

Logo and Print Options on Trade Show Bags

You can put your logo, stand number or the name of the trade show on the front of the bag. Both sides can be printed; some models in the category are prepared with the same print in both directions. On nonwoven bags, printing is done by offset.

On cotton bags, screen printing can be chosen for one- or two-colour jobs, digital printing for multicolour designs and embroidery for small logos with clean lines. We decide which is suitable when we see your logo and quantity.

Needs of Organisers and Exhibiting Companies

Organisers generally want a high-quantity, uniform bag: the name of the trade show, its date and sponsor logos appear on the surface. A company with a stand has a bag made in a smaller quantity that carries only its own brand.

The same logic applies to congresses, seminars, symposiums and promotional meetings. Since screen printing is more reasonable for high quantities and digital printing for small and medium quantities, knowing the quantity and the distribution date from the start makes choosing the method easier.

What Does the Price of a Trade Show Bag Depend On?

There is no fixed list price, because no two trade show bag orders are much alike. The price is determined by the type of material, the size of the bag, and the colour and number of prints; among these, the most decisive is the order quantity.

The model, estimated quantity and print information are enough for us to prepare the quote. If you want to see the same bag in a different fabric, or with a two-colour print instead of one colour, we can quote the options side by side; this way you choose by comparing the balance between your budget and the look.

The Process from Order to Trade Show Day

The process starts with a quote, followed by design and approval, production and printing, and inspection and shipping. The bags are sent by tracked courier or freight to the trade show venue or your company's address; we issue an invoice for corporate orders.

Since the trade show date does not change, it is important to write the event day in the first message; we plan production and shipping around that date. Sending your logo as a vector file also eases the approval stage. Just tell us from the start whether the bags are to be delivered to the stand, the organisation office or a different address.

Frequently asked questions

The print method is chosen according to the fabric: offset printing on nonwoven bags, and screen printing, digital printing or embroidery on cotton bags. We recommend screen printing for one- or two-colour logos, digital printing for multicolour and photographic designs and embroidery for small, clean logos. Sending your logo as a vector file eases preparation.
