What Does a Trainee Carry in the Bag?

A learner driver usually comes to class with a book, a notebook, a few photocopies and enrolment documents. A wide-mouthed, medium-sized bag with sturdy handles helps carry these without them scattering or creasing. That is why in a driving school bag the documents and the book determine the size.

Because the trainee uses the bag in daily life as much as they bring it to class, the school's name is visible not only in the classroom but also in the neighbourhood and in town. The bag being sturdy enough to be used after the training ends extends this visibility.

Choosing Between Tela, Cotton and Ultrasonic

Tela is a frequently chosen construction for driving school bags: it is made from nonwoven fabric with stitching, its wide surface carries print well, and it can be made in different colours. A raw cotton bag gives a more lasting, gift-like feel. In ultrasonic bags the parts are joined by welding.

The choice depends on the school's quantity and how it wants to give the bag. For high-quantity jobs where every trainee gets one, tela makes sense; for a bag given only as an enrolment gift or specially to some trainees, cotton may be more suitable. You can also choose the handle length and colour separately.

School Name, Logo and Contact Details Printing

We can print your school name, logo, address and phone number on the bag. On tela bags printing is done by the offset method and two or four colours can be applied; every kind of picture printing is also possible. On cotton bags, screen printing is used, digital printing for multicolour designs and embroidery for small, clean logos.

As the number of print colours increases, the cost changes too. If the school logo is two-colour, two-colour printing is often enough; a design with photographs or many colours needs four colours. Sending the vector file of your logo makes preparation easier.

Use as an Enrolment Gift and Promotional Material

Driving schools use bags mostly at enrolment, at the opening of a new term and in promotional work. A bag given to a candidate who enrols improves the school's first impression; a bag given at a promotional stand or seminar reaches people who do not know the school.

If you want to reorder the same design in different periods, keep the design file permanently from the first order; you save time on later orders. It is also possible to choose a different colour for each term.

How Are Size and Handle Length Determined?

For size, think of the largest thing the trainee carries: a textbook, a folder or both? The height and width of the bag should be wide enough to take it comfortably. A very large bag also needlessly widens the print area.

Handle length is kept short for carrying by hand and long for hanging on the shoulder. If hand carrying is intended, a medium-length handle is a sensible start. If you find it hard to decide, we can look at a sample together.

Price and Order Process

The price of a driving school bag is not fixed but determined by quote. The material and size of the bag, print colour and especially the order quantity change the price. Just send the model and estimated quantity through the Get a Quote form, by phone or on WhatsApp.

We then make the design print-ready and submit it for your approval, and after approval we move to production and printing. The finished bags are checked and sent to your school by tracked courier or freight; we issue a corporate invoice. If you write the start of the training period in your first message, planning becomes easier.
