A customer leaving an eyewear store usually carries their new glasses, the case and a cleaning cloth. The bag that brings these together becomes the last link in the relationship the store built with the customer that day, and it carries your logo out into the street after they leave the door. If the bag goes home and continues to be used on a grocery trip or on the way to work, your logo stays visible there too.
We make optician bags in our own workshop in Konya Karatay, without intermediaries; our workshop has been operating since 2013. We work with tela (nonwoven), raw cotton or fabric options; we print your store's name, logo, address and contact details on them. Below we have summarised the fabric, size, print and order process from the store owner's point of view; we can talk through the details by phone or on WhatsApp.
What Is an Optician Bag Used For in an Eyewear Store?
An optician bag does three jobs. The first is carrying: the customer gathers the glasses, case and care supplies in one place and takes them away. The second is presentation: a pair of glasses handed over in a bag looks more carefully presented than one handed over by hand. The third is promotion: as the bag is carried on streets and roads, your store's name travels with it.
That is why simplicity is what works best on an optician bag. If your logo and store details are legible, the bag speaks for you. Businesses selling frames, sunglasses and lenses may want several models in different sizes; we can plan that within the same order.
What Fabric Is an Optician Bag Made From?
There are three ways: tela, raw cotton and fabric. A tela bag is made from nonwoven fabric with stitching; on the product pages in the category the fabric is stated as 100 gsm. It is an option often chosen for bags to be given to many customers. Raw cotton, on the other hand, gives a more natural look with its cotton weave and can be washed and reused.
If your store's corporate colour is fixed, bringing the background colour close to it increases the legibility of the print. We recommend choosing the fabric together with your logo; if you have a colour code, share it at the quote stage so that you do not end up with a faded or low-contrast result after printing.
How Do You Choose the Size of a Glasses Bag?
What will go inside the bag determines the size. If only a glasses case and a cleaning cloth will be carried, a small model is enough. If sunglasses, lens solution, a care kit or more than one pair of glasses will be given together, a wider bag is needed. Sending us the case you hand out most often in your store, or writing its dimensions, makes the job easier.
On handles, carrying by hand is usually enough, and a shoulder strap is generally not needed. Since a hard item such as a glasses case will be carried, it is important for the bottom of the bag to be sturdy; we consider this together when choosing the fabric. If you want to see the size on a sample, we can talk about it at the quote stage.
What Information Is Printed on an Optician Bag?
The store logo, business name, address, phone and social media account can be printed on the bag. It is possible to place the logo on one side and the address and contact details on the other; the category also has one-colour, two-sided printed models. On the product pages of the tela bags, the print method is stated as offset printing.
For raw cotton and fabric bags, screen printing, digital printing or embroidery options can be discussed according to the number of colours in the logo; we decide the method after seeing the logo and learning the quantity. If you will include a social media account, we recommend keeping the username short and legible. If the vector file of your logo is ready, print preparation becomes easier.
What Does the Wholesale Optician Bag Price Depend On?
The price is set by quote; quantity, fabric type, bag size and the number of print colours are decisive. The quote may change when the number of logo colours drops or the bag goes down a size, so it makes sense to compare the options together.
A business with several stores and a single-store business have different needs. One may need to produce many pieces of a single model, while the other may want a carefully made bag in smaller quantities. If you tell us which scenario you are in, we prepare the quote accordingly; you can use the Get a Quote form, the phone or WhatsApp.
How Does an Optician Bag Order Proceed?
First you send us the quantity, size and your logo. After you accept the quote, we make the design print-ready and show it to you. After your approval, the bags are produced, printed, inspected and sent by tracked courier or freight. We also issue an invoice for corporate orders.
If there is a specific date, such as a new store opening or a seasonal campaign, write it in your first message. We can send the bags directly to your store or to the address from which you will distribute them.
Frequently asked questions
An optician bag is a bag printed with a logo and contact details that eyewear stores and optical businesses give customers along with the product. We produce it from tela (nonwoven), raw cotton or fabric. In our workshop in Konya Karatay we adjust the size to the glasses case and to the care products you give along with it.
Yes, the logo, business name, address, phone and social media account can be printed on the bag. You can split the information using both sides of the bag; for example, putting the logo on one side and the address and phone on the other is a common layout. Just send the vector file of your logo; we prepare the design for printing and submit it for your approval, and we start production after your approval.
Both suit optical businesses; the choice depends on quantity and the store's preferred look. A tela bag is made of nonwoven fabric with stitching and is often chosen for bags to be given to many customers. A raw cotton bag looks more natural with its cotton weave and can be washed and reused. We can quote both together.
The price of an optician bag varies with your store; we do not use a fixed list. The quote is determined by fabric type, bag size, quantity and the number of logo colours. If you send us the size of the glasses case and the approximate quantity, we prepare a quote that shows the fabric options side by side. The Get a Quote form, phone or WhatsApp is enough to apply.
