What Material Should a Gift Bag Be Made From?

Cotton, nonwoven and ultrasonic-welded fabric bags are preferred because they can be used after the gift; paper and kraft bags suit those looking for a one-off, elegant presentation. A cotton bag gives a warm, natural look, a nonwoven bag is light, and an ultrasonic bag stands out with its clean lines.

When deciding, think about what will happen to the bag after the gift. If you want the recipient to carry the bag in daily life, choose fabric; if it will be used only for presentation, paper is more sensible. For paper and kraft bag needs, we recommend looking at our paper bag category.

Use for Special Occasions and Corporate Gifts

On special occasions such as weddings, engagements and openings, the gifts given to guests become a whole together with the bag. On the corporate side, customer and business partner gifts, employee gifts, and trade show and event treats are put in bags on the same logic.

First measure the gift that will go in: a box, bottle, package or a few small products determine the bag's dimensions. If the bag is slightly wider and taller than the gift, it fits comfortably and looks neat.

Handle type and colour change the character of the bag. The category has different handle, colour and size options; just tell us whether the handle will be carried by hand or hung over the shoulder. If you wish, you can first decide on a sample.

Planning When Buying Gift Bags Wholesale

Gift bags are mostly jobs that must be ready by a certain date: an opening, a meeting or a special occasion. If you tell us the delivery date from the start, we build the production plan accordingly; the later the design and size approval, the more the plan slips.

If you need more than one bag size for the same gift, or want to give different recipient groups bags in different colours, we can combine them in a single quote. Keeping the quantity a little generous often makes things easier for you by avoiding the need for extra production later.

Price and Order Process

Price is set by quote; quantity, material type, size and number of print colours affect the price. After design approval, the bags are produced in our workshop in Konya Karatay, inspected and shipped by tracked courier or freight. We issue an invoice for corporate orders.
