How Is a Store Bag Used After the Sale?

In businesses such as clothing, shoe, scarf, accessory and boutique stores, the product is folded at the till, put in the bag and handed to the customer. Here the bag does both the packaging and the presentation. It does the same job as a plastic bag but keeps being used for much longer.

Opening days, the start of a season and special collection launches are also moments when the bag stands out. Considering that you may order the same design several times in different quantities, keeping the design fixed at the first order makes things easier for you.

Raw Cotton or Ultrasonic Bag?

A raw cotton bag has a plain look in a cream tone, stitched, with the fabric weave visible; it can be washed and reused. In an ultrasonic bag the pieces are joined by ultrasonic welding rather than stitching, which gives a flatter, cleaner surface.

The category also has examples where a light-coloured print such as silver is applied to dark fabric; boutiques and branded stores may prefer this combination. We decide which suits your store's look by examining a fabric sample and your logo together.

Bag Size According to Product Size

The size is determined by the folded or boxed size of the product the store sells most. A T-shirt and a shoe box, or a scarf and a jacket, do not fit in the same bag. If you tell us your store's largest and smallest product, we will recommend bags in one or two sizes.

Handle length also determines how it is used. A short handle suits the hand, a medium handle the forearm and a long handle the shoulder. If you sell heavy products, let us discuss handle placement and stitching details at the quote stage.

Printing Your Logo, Slogan and Contact Details

The print surface of a store bag is large; you can place your logo, slogan, address and social media account in this area. There is screen printing for one- or two-colour jobs, digital printing for multicolour designs and embroidery for prestige and small logos.

Because the front of the bag works like a shop window for the brand, leaving empty space in the design often gives a better result. If you send the vector file of your logo, we plan the placement and number of colours together.

Quantity Planning from Boutique to Chain

A single-store boutique may want fewer bags and a more carefully made bag. A business selling at several points, on the other hand, wants a high-quantity bag that looks the same at every point. The same production process works for both; the difference appears in the choice of quantity and print method.

Chain businesses can have two or three bags in different sizes made and distribute them to stores. In that case, approving the design once and combining the sizes in a single order makes planning easier.

How Do Price and Order Proceed?

It is not possible to give a firm price for a cotton store bag, because fabric type, size, design detail, print colour and quantity change the price. That is why we prepare a quote for every business; just send your request through the form, by phone or on WhatsApp.

When you approve the quote, the design is made print-ready and presented to you, and after your approval production and printing take place. Once prepared, the bags are checked and sent by tracked courier or freight; we issue a corporate invoice.
