In a jeweller's, shopping is often part of a special occasion; the customer leaves the store carrying the jewellery they bought in a bag. When the look of that bag shows the same care as the display and the counter presentation, it is remembered; your logo also travels home with the customer, or, if the jewellery is given as a gift, to the home the gift goes to. In our workshop in Konya Karatay we have been producing jewellery bags and wallets without intermediaries since 2013.

Besides handbag-sized models, the category also includes jewellery wallets used to present jewellery. Below we explain how these models differ, the material and print options, how the size is determined and the order process. Why Does Presentation Matter in a Jewellery Bag?

The value of a bracelet or ring is also perceived through the package that carries it. A careless carrier bag weakens that perception, while a properly sized bag with clean printing shows the seriousness the jeweller brings to the work.

The bag is also a silent promotional tool. The customer may have bought the jewellery for an engagement, a wedding or a gift; the bag goes to homes that evening and later to the packages given to relatives. We recommend keeping the design simple so that your logo stays legible on this journey.

Wallets, Handbags and Other Models

A jewellery wallet is a wallet-shaped item used to present the jewellery sold to the customer and to carry it home. A handbag, on the other hand, is a solution that can have handles or a zip and is used to carry the package as a whole. The category has models of both types.

In addition to these, there are also faux leather and ultrasonic-welded bags. Which is suitable depends on what you sell and how the customer will carry the gift. A bag carried by hand with a short handle gives a plain look; a model with a zip keeps the contents more orderly.

Logo Printing and Embroidery Options

One-colour printing is mostly preferred on jewellery bags: plain, legible and restrained. Screen printing is the suitable method for this job. If you will use a multicolour design or a photograph, we can consider digital printing; if you are looking for a more prestigious look, embroidery for your small logo with clean lines.

The position of the print also has to be decided. It is possible to put the logo in the middle of the front, or to place it in the bottom right corner as on some models; we can apply the same print to both sides. If you send your logo as a vector file, we will prepare trials quickly.

How Do You Choose Size and Material?

The size is determined by the packaging of what you will sell. A small ring box and a bracelet or set box will not fit in the same bag. If you tell us the size of the boxes you have, we will recommend the bag's height, width and handle length to suit those boxes.

In choosing material, look and use come first. Faux leather bags give a more presentation-focused look, while fabric and ultrasonic models look plainer and more everyday. We settle the material and stitching details for the model you choose at the quote stage; we do not make promises without knowing the actual construction of the product.

Gift and Presentation Packaging for Jewellers

You do not have to give out the jewellery bag only after a sale. You can use the same bag on opening day, in busy periods such as Bayram and Valentine's Day, at the launch of a special collection, or to thank loyal customers.

Preparing the bag and the wallet with the same print language makes the jewellery's packaging look like a whole. We set the quantities separately and include both items in the quote on a single design; colour and logo placement stay consistent on both products.

How Do Price and Order Proceed?

The price of a jewellery bag is not fixed; it is set by quote. The order quantity, the size of the bag, its material and the print method change the amount. If you want a wallet and a bag together, we can combine the two in a single quote.

After you fill in the form or call us, the design is prepared and submitted for your approval, the approved bag is produced and printed, and the products that pass inspection are sent to your address by tracked courier or freight. We issue a corporate invoice; if you write the delivery date in advance, our planning becomes easier.
