An ultrasonic bag is a lightweight carrier bag in which the fabric pieces are joined by ultrasonic welding instead of being sewn with thread. Its flat, clean edge line, its much longer life than a single-use plastic bag and its wide print surface make it a promotional product often chosen by stores, pharmacies and event organisers.

What Is an Ultrasonic Bag and How Is It Made?

In an ultrasonic bag (also listed as an ultrasonic fabric bag on our product pages), the fabric layers are joined not with needle and thread but by ultrasonic welding. A thin bonding line forms along the side and bottom edges of the bag; since no sewing thread is used, there is no thread to unpick or loosen. This method is applied to models made from nonwoven, that is non-woven fabric, which in everyday speech is also called tela.

In our workshop, ultrasonic bags are made on an ultrasonic welding machine. On the product pages the models are described as a recyclable bag with ultrasonic-welded seams.

Difference Between an Ultrasonic Bag and a Stitched Tela Bag

Both are made from nonwoven fabric; the real difference is in the joining method. In a stitched tela bag the fabric is joined with thread, and in an ultrasonic bag by welding. From the outside the two bags may look alike; the difference becomes clear when you look closely at the edge line.

In Which Businesses Is an Ultrasonic Bag Used?

Thanks to its light, flat structure, the ultrasonic bag is mostly used as a bag given at the till: grocery stores, pharmacies, cosmetics stores, opticians, shoe and clothing shops. The same model also does its job at events; it can be distributed at a trade show stand, a congress entrance, on the beach or at an educational institution's enrolment period.

A bag given at the till and a bag distributed at an event have different expectations. For the first, interior volume and sturdiness are wanted; for the second, that the print can be read from a distance and that the bag stays as plain as possible. If you tell us the place of use from the start, we plan the size and print area accordingly.

Logo Preparation for a Printed Ultrasonic Bag

This category has models printed in one, two and three colours, single- or double-sided. Because the number of colours and the number of print sides affect both the look and the quote, we first look at how many colours your logo consists of. For example, a one-colour black print on cream fabric gives a plain, legible result.

We choose the print method together after seeing the logo and learning the quantity. Sending the vector file of your logo (PDF, AI or EPS) makes preparation easier; if you do not have one, send your existing image and we will make it print-ready. We do not start production without the design draft we submit for your approval.

How Do You Choose Size, Fabric Colour and Handle Type?

The models come in small, medium and large sizes; you need to choose the size according to the product you will put in the bag. A shoe box and a stack of brochures do not want the same bag. We can prepare the fabric colour in the tone you want; the contrast between background and logo directly determines legibility.

On the handle side, models with a die-cut hand opening are common: since the handle opening is cut into the body of the bag, a separate handle does not need to be added. If you are considering a different way of carrying, explain it at the quote stage. As fabric weight increases the bag stands fuller, but the cost changes too; we strike this balance according to the weight of your product.

What Does the Wholesale Ultrasonic Bag Price Depend On?

We have no fixed price list; prices are set by quote. Four things affect the quote: the size of the bag, the order quantity, the fabric used, and the number of colours and sides of the print. Even two different print layouts on the same size can produce a different quote.

When asking for a price, just send the size, approximate quantity and your logo together. We prepare a few options and see together which setting fits your budget. If you will place a wholesale order, settle the quantity as early as possible, because the unit cost changes with quantity.

How Do the Order Process and Shipping Work?

The process is simple: you fill in the Get a Quote form, or write by phone or on WhatsApp. After the quote is approved, we prepare the design for printing and send it to you. After your approval the bags are produced, printed, inspected and prepared for shipping.

We send the bags by tracked courier or freight to your address across Turkey; an invoice is issued for corporate orders. If the bags need to arrive in time for an opening, a trade show or a campaign date, write that date in your first message and we will plan accordingly.
