Because the bag will be read from a distance, we recommend keeping the text short; dense text gets lost in a small font. Sending the vector file of your logo makes print preparation easier. We prepare the design and submit it for your approval; we do not start production before you approve it.

Printing Options and Number of Colours

On the product pages of the nonwoven bags in this category, the print method is listed as offset printing. We settle together which method will be used on which fabric after seeing your logo and learning the quantity; we do not impose the same method on every job.

The number of colours in the logo affects both the look and the quote. Since logos usually have few colours, the print often stays simple. If you want to use a multicolour image or a photograph, say so at the start, and we will compare the print options accordingly.

Wholesale Candidate Bags and Price Quotes

Prices are set by quote. Quantity, fabric type, bag size and number of print colours directly affect the quote. This is why we calculate for each campaign's needs instead of using a fixed list.

If you tell us when requesting a quote how many people you plan to reach, where you will hand out the bag and the approximate quantity, we can give you a clearer answer. A wholesale order is also a good way to plan the campaign budget; if you want to split the quantity into batches by region, we can discuss that at the quote stage too.

Order Process and Election Timeline

You can fill in the Get a Quote form, or write to us by phone or on WhatsApp. Once you approve the quote, we prepare the design and, with your approval, move on to production and printing. After the bags are checked, they are sent to your address by tracked courier or freight; we settle the invoice details at the quote stage.

Since the election calendar is fixed, state in your first message the date by which you need the bags, and we will plan accordingly. The rules for distributing campaign materials depend on the decisions of the election boards; we recommend that your campaign team or legal adviser confirm them.
