What Is a Pharmacy Bag Used For?

Its first function is carrying: when medicine boxes, syrups, dermocosmetic products and medical supplies come together, a sturdy, tidy bag makes things easier. Its second function is promotion; as the bag is carried around the market, the workplace and the home after leaving the pharmacy, your pharmacy's name stays visible.

A bag that replaces the plastic bag keeps the customer connected to your pharmacy as they reuse it. Knowing which products are carried and how often makes the size and fabric decision easier; so in your first message it is enough to describe your pharmacy's typical purchase.

Cotton, Nonwoven and Ultrasonic: Which One for a Pharmacy?

The models in the category fall into three groups. The raw cotton bag looks natural with its cotton weave and can be washed and reused. The nonwoven bag is made from nonwoven fabric, is light and suits distribution in large quantities. In the ultrasonic bag the fabric is joined by welding rather than stitching. On the handle side there are self-handled, hand-slot and grip-handle models; zipped options are also produced.

How Is the Pharmacy Bag Size Chosen?

The size is determined by the pharmacy's typical purchase. A small bag is enough for a few medicine boxes and a syrup; dermocosmetic products, baby care items and medical equipment call for a wider, deeper bag. It is also possible to order two sizes together, that is, to have a small prescription bag and a larger shopping bag made.

Handle length determines how the bag is carried: a short handle is chosen for carrying by hand, a long handle for hanging on the shoulder. If it matters to you that carried products do not fall out, a zipped model can be preferred. Before you decide the size, tell us the largest product you will put in it.

Pharmacy Logo and Contact Details Printing

The pharmacy logo, pharmacy name, address, phone number and, if any, social media account can be printed on the front of the bag. The number of colours in the logo affects the print: a plain one-colour print reads clearly from a distance. Since the quote changes as the number of colours increases, we recommend having a simplified version of your logo ready.

We choose the print method according to the fabric, the quantity and the colours of the logo: screen printing for one- or two-colour logos, digital printing for multicolour designs, and on cotton bags embroidery for small logos with clean lines. Send the vector file of your logo; we do not start production without submitting the print-ready draft for your approval.

What Does the Wholesale Pharmacy Bag Price Depend On?

The price is set by quote; the bag size, fabric type, order quantity and number of print colours affect the quote. Extras such as a zip, a pocket or a different handle count too. We prepare a quote instead of a fixed list because no two pharmacies want the same bag.

Estimating your pharmacy's seasonal bag needs and planning the quantity accordingly affects the unit cost. If you are unsure, you can first ask for a quote on a single model and settle the quantity on the model you like; we discuss this together at the quote stage.

How Does a Pharmacy Bag Order Proceed?

You send us the quantity, size and your logo through the Get a Quote form, by phone or on WhatsApp. Once the quote is approved we make the design print-ready and show it to you; with your approval, production and printing begin. After the bags are checked, they are sent to your pharmacy by tracked courier or freight, and a corporate invoice is issued.

If you are ordering for several pharmacies, write the addresses and quantities at the start and we will look together at how to split the shipment. The process is the same for medical companies; besides your logo, you can also add a short campaign message to the bag.
