We make briefcases and laptop bags in our workshop in Konya Karatay; we have not used intermediaries since 2013. We set the size, pockets, handle and fabric to your needs. Who Prefers Briefcases, and When?

A briefcase is a work tool for anyone who carries files and a computer in their daily job: consultants, sales and field teams, teachers, accountants, and employees of law and estate agencies. Businesses can give this bag to their employees or present it as a gift to participants of seminars, training sessions and meetings.

The purpose of use determines the choice. In a bag to be carried every day, a sturdy handle and neat compartments come first. If it will be distributed at a one-off event, a plainer model that can be produced in large quantities makes sense. If you tell us this distinction from the start, we can reach the right model more easily.

The Difference Between a Briefcase and a Laptop Bag

A briefcase is designed to carry files, documents and thin office supplies; in a laptop bag the compartment set aside for a laptop stands out. Many business bags combine the two: the computer in one compartment, files and papers in the other. In this category you can find both types and combined models.

If a laptop will be carried, you need to tell us your computer's screen size and thickness; the inner dimensions of the bag are set accordingly. If only A4 files will be carried, a thinner and lighter model is enough. If you have employees who will carry both a computer and papers, a single combined bag can be considered instead of two separate models.

What Are the Pocket, Compartment and Handle Options?

We can add details such as a front pocket, inner pocket and a separate computer compartment to the bag; the category also has models with front-pocket details. The more pockets, the more functional the bag becomes, but production also gets more complex. That is why we recommend listing the compartments you need in order of priority.

On the handle side, a short hand handle, a long shoulder strap or both together can be chosen. If you will use a strap, let us think about its length according to the height of the people who will use the bag. Since handle and stitching points determine the life of the bag, we settle the choice of material and workmanship at these points from the start.

Print Options for Briefcases with Your Logo

The logo, slogan and contact details are placed in the print area on the front of the bag. The category has models with a one-colour print and models coloured across the whole surface; on corporate bags a plain, one-colour logo often gives an elegant result. Which method is applied is determined by the bag's fabric, the number of colours in your logo and the quantity.

If the fabric allows, embroidery can also be considered for small logos with clean lines; for multicolour designs, digital printing comes into play. Send the vector file of your logo and we will show you in the design draft how we will position the print area on the bag.

Price is set by quote. The size and interior layout of the bag, the material used, the print and the order quantity affect the quote. A two-pocket model and a large model with a laptop compartment do not give the same quote; that is why we calculate according to your needs instead of a fixed list.
