For a team running an election campaign, a bag is a practical distribution item that gathers flyers, brochures and small gifts. Because a bag handed out at an opening, on a neighbourhood visit or at the marketplace is used afterwards at home and in town, the message is not limited to a single day. In our workshop in Konya Karatay we have been making promotional bags without intermediaries since 2013.

The bag may be requested by a political party organisation, an independent candidate or another group preparing for an election; the process is the same for all of them. The design and text come from the person placing the order, and we move to printing with your approval. What Is an Election Bag Used For?

In election periods the thing most sought is reaching many people in a short time. A bag takes on two jobs here: it makes it easier to carry brochures, posters and small promotional items, and the logo and slogan on it are seen on the street, at the market and on public transport together with the person using the bag.

Not being single-use is an important difference. A paper flyer is often looked at once and left; a bag is picked up again in daily shopping. Whichever side uses it, the bag's value comes from this repeated visibility.

Difference Between Cotton, Nonwoven and Ultrasonic Bags

The category has three main constructions. Raw cotton bags can be washed and reused and give a more lasting gift feel. Tela bags are made from nonwoven fabric with stitching; their wide, flat surface carries print well. In ultrasonic bags the parts are joined not by stitching but by ultrasonic welding.

For high-quantity jobs to be handed out in bulk at an opening or a meeting, tela and ultrasonic models can be a sensible start. If a more lasting gift is to be given, cotton stands out. Telling us how the bags will be distributed and in what quantity makes our fabric recommendation easier.

Print Area and Two-Sided Printing

Print can be applied separately to the front and back of the bags. One side can carry the logo and slogan, the other an image or a short call-to-action text. On tela bags printing is done by the offset method; on cotton bags screen printing is used, and digital printing for multicolour designs.

A plain design gives better results for legibility. Lots of text, small type and too many colours cannot be read from a distance. If you send the vector file of your logo, we plan the placement and number of colours together.

How Are Size and Handle Determined?

First decide what will go in the bag: a folded poster, a stack of brochures, a small gift or all of them. We determine the size according to this content; a bag larger than necessary both wastes print area and makes distribution harder.

Handle length is chosen according to where it will be used. A short handle is enough for a bag carried by hand; a longer handle is more comfortable if it will be hung over the shoulder. For a bag handed to crowds on foot, a structure that can be worn over the shoulder is mostly more practical.

What Does an Eco-Friendly Bag Mean?

Because the bag is used again and again, it reduces the amount of paper and plastic that goes to the bin in one go; in terms of the waste a campaign leaves behind, this difference deserves to be taken seriously. Since the service life depends on the type of fabric and the structure of the stitching, if you want long use, just say so from the start.

Because recyclability varies by fabric and model, we share this information together with the model you choose at the quote stage. In a campaign that will emphasise the environment, settling the fabric information beforehand prevents misunderstanding later.

Distribution Schedule and Planning

Because the election calendar is fixed, timing is the most critical issue in a bag job. Write the date distribution will start in your first message; design approval, production and shipping are planned according to this date.

If there is a delay in design approval, shipping slips too, so we recommend finalising text and images from the start. It is also sensible to review the rules on distribution and promotional materials with your own advisers under election legislation. If you tell us in advance to which address, and to how many separate points, the bags will go, we arrange shipping accordingly.

Election Bag Price and Order Process

The price is not tied to a fixed list but set by quote. The size of the bag, fabric type, print colour and especially the order quantity change the price. Since quantities for campaign bags are usually high, we prepare a wholesale quote.

After the quote, we make the design print-ready and submit it for your approval, and after approval we move to production and printing.
